Kevin Sullivan

Kevin Sullivan

CEO, Board Member

Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer of Global Care Administrators and President of Plan2Account. He has extensive operational and strategic experience in the Healthcare Industry, with specific focus on hospital operations, revenue cycle management and the TPA reimbursement arena. His experience includes senior operational positions at Mercy Health Systems in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for revenue cycle on the physician practices and daily management of operations. Additionally, Kevin was the Director of Managed Care for John Hancock’s Third Party Administration services, (TPA), which oversaw the PPO and HMO networks throughout the country. More recently, he was a Senior Consulting Manager for Siemens Health Systems, which brought a wealth of operational, re-engineering and day to day consulting experience to the forefront. Consulting engagements included enhancements to RCM, Medical Records, Operational Efficiencies and early stage Electronic Medical Records. From a transactional point of view, he spent several years as the Executive VP and COO for Vitex, a consulting company that engages in technology consulting for banks. More recently, Kevin has undertaken several entrepreneurial endeavors, including Wealth Management, Textiles and Wholesaling.

Scott has several years of Board and Advisory experience, including time spent on the boards of eBay and PayPal. He provided technical leadership to PayPal during the four year period that their international growth grew from less than $1,000,000,000 to over $4,000,000,000, and has served as CIO of several multi-billion dollar corporations, such as GE, Bank of America, LendingTree, and eBay. Scott’s fluency in all forms of leadership and technology is of great benefit to Plan2Account on many levels.

Mark is a highly experienced Business Architect in the Health Care Networks, Managed Care, and RCM markets who has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of companies. Mark has strong technical and business qualifications, with an impressive track record of over 25 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and system engineering. He exhibits proven abilities to successfully analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identity deficiencies and potential opportunities, and to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue, and improving customer service offerings.

A visionary and goal oriented technology leader with demonstrated experience in global planning, developing, and implementing cutting edge solutions to address business opportunities. Contributing in actionable plans for executives, sales, contact centers, marketing, product development, support and training by representing the IT organization. Serving as both a client and service provider throughout the years while leading teams of programmers globally in software development with both waterfall and agile work environments. Carrying with him a personal passion in cloud applications and data analytics to maximize business productivity, motivating data-driven decision makers to produce increased profits proven through the programs developed for multi-million dollar companies to manage their businesses. Not afraid to overcome older technologies and charting out strategic plans for system migrations to improve end user experience, expedite problem solving and cost reduction for the bottom line.

Peter brings 25 years of experience in developing, selling, delivering and supporting Healthcare IT Solutions (Payor, Provider, Pharmaceutical). He has extensive management experience with strategic relationships and alliance development with leading Software (ISV), Systems Integrators (SI) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organizations. Peter is responsible for strategic alliances, channel-broker development and management, direct and indirect sales, advisory services development, including supporting the sales and development of new Clients.

Senior Vice President, Board Member

Mike is a highly accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable Management industry. His unique background includes successful leadership positions in Financial, Operational, and Business Development roles. He is an expert at increasing value to clients’ strategic plans from the bottom to the top. Mike’s past roles include CFO of several capital management firms, where his expertise increased the recovery of assets through advanced data analysis and working with a network of recovery partners. Mike was an invited founding member on the Experian Collections Client Counsel Advisory Board, and remained on the panel for 10 years.
